Upon receivership of following documents, the application process will be deemed complete:

Parents are strongly encouraged to apply as early as possible. Eligible children may be admitted at any time during the academic year as long as a placement is available.
Placement is based upon the child’s age, English speaking ability, readiness and prior schooling experience. KiddyKare reserves the right, through its administrative and teaching staff, to determine specific placement for enrolling children. The admittance process will not be considered complete until KiddyKare’s administrative and teaching staff has met with the child in question and designated appropriate class placement. Applicants unable to immediately enroll due to a lack of class space will be automatically placed on a waiting list and notified by email or telephone when an opening becomes available.

Once all requirements have been met, the child will be able to begin schedule classes. Upon entrance, the child will receive their own KiddyKare work folder and parents or guardian will receive a Parent / Student Handbook and two KiddyKare Identification Cards. At no time whatsoever, will a child be released into the custody of a receiving person if the card is not presented in the KiddyKare foyor to authorised KiddyKare staff. This procedure has been implemented to ensure the safety and protection of all children and should not be as an infringement of privacy or inconvenience on the parents or guardians behalf.
